airports

Airports are places where airplanes can take off and land, accommodating for millions of passengers everyday. This tag page shows the wonderful world of airports.

Fun fact: The world’s first scheduled passenger airline service made its first flight in 1914, travelling between St. Petersburg, Russia and Tampa, Florida, but the world’s first airport to operate scheduled international travel was Hounslow Heath Aerodrome (UK) in 1919.
