A different kind of anime list from CBR where they picked their 10 best short(er) anime series, including Yuri!!!, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and my all-time favourite, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Here’s what they had to say about FMA:

But, as they travel, the boys become entangled in something massive. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is widely considered a modern classic. Despite only running for 64 episodes, the show features a complex plot packed with deep, well-realized characters and beautiful dialogue. Because of this, the show is hard to stop watching once you start, making it perfect binge material.
I can’t disagree with the #1 pick, even if I haven’t finished it (so it’s not FMA—spoiler alert!) But regardless, it’s one of the greatest of all time at any length and a worthy winner. I should probably watch more from this list to be honest.
